You know that feeling you get when you find out that the six weeks of radiation treatment that the doctor prescribed for your mother, who just had a very large tumor removed, is basically considered only "insurance" against the possibility of the spreading of cancer cells and that over all her prognosis is really, really good?
It's a great feeling.
